Found this place in a wide-open area to the east of NO, on a multi-lane highway nestled up against the coast line, fishing boats etc. $10 one-time entry fee, go upstairs to a 2nd floor arcade with several booths, a couple very spacious ones with a couch. Actually can't recall if there were gh's, but just enough clientele to have some fun with in one of the larger booths. The guy on duty makes a big deal about making sure not to catch more than one person in a booth, but that didn't seem to bother the locals.
